This painting was inspired by the idea of transcending challenges and finding beauty in resilience. The protea, a flower that thrives in harsh conditions, symbolizes transformation, endurance, and renewal—reflecting my personal journey. Heavy weight cotton watercolour paper with deckled edges , signed on the front with a 3 cm border unpainted so you can choose whether you want to float the painting in a frame or use a mat board and frame depending on your preference. It is also varnished to protect the painting.
